Mr. Bobby Eason is a seasoned security professional with more than 35 years of distinguished service in law enforcement and military operations. Hailing from Pinetops, North Carolina, Mr.Eason began his career in the U.S. Navy in 1985, where he served honorably for 10 years before transitioning into law enforcement. Since 2003, he has been a key member of the Department of the Navy Police, rising through the ranks to retire as the Acting Chief of Police at Naval Support Activity Washington (NSAW).
Mr.Eason's career is marked by exemplary leadership and a relentless commitment to security. Notably, he was decorated with the Chief of Police Medal of Valor and the Department of the Navy Civilian Medal of Valor. He was also named Officer of the Year and Civilian of the Year at NSAW. His exceptional performance has earned him several accolades, including the Civilian Supervisor of the Year.
His leadership has been instrumental in shaping security operations for key installations, including Washington Navy Yard and the Naval Research Laboratory Police Precinct, where his efforts were recognized for outstanding achievement and professionalism.
Mr.Eason is highly skilled in risk management, emergency response, and incident planning. He has developed and implemented security protocols for various high-stakes scenarios, including active shooter situations. His extensive training and hands-on experience in these areas have been vital in preparing teams to respond effectively to crises, ensuring the safety of both military and civilian personnel.
